Moments

There have been moments in my life where words have utterly failed me, leaving a gaping hole in my heart. It's as though I'm standing at the edge of an abyss, unable to find a way to express the emotions swirling within me. But in those moments of despair, I find solace in the unspoken thoughts that reside deep within me. They're the whispers of my heart that resonate with my soul and speak volumes without uttering a single word. It's a silence that's both deafening and comforting, commanding my full attention and stirring my very being. I've come to realize that sometimes, it's the slightest murmur that has the most profound impact on me. It's the sound of a loved one's breath, the gentle rustle of leaves in the wind, or the soft hum of a melody that reaches me on a subconscious level. These are the moments that connect me to my emotions and remind me of the depth and complexity of the human experience. It's in these moments that I realize...

The Ghosts We Speak in Silence

Words we never speak don’t vanish. They settle like dust in the corners of our minds, silent witnesses to what we dared not confront. The weight of what’s left unsaid is heavier than any shouted confession, because silence folds itself into the architecture of our being. Every pause, every withheld truth, becomes a shadow trailing our steps. We carry them like scars, invisible but raw—reminders of moments when fear or pride won. They echo louder in empty rooms, haunt the spaces where connection should have bloomed. It’s strange how silence isn’t peace. It’s a prison built from broken promises to ourselves. We tell ourselves it’s mercy, kindness, or strength—but mostly, it’s fear wrapped in politeness. The words could’ve freed us, but instead, they chain us to regret. And regret isn’t just memory. It’s a slow poison that colors the way we move, the way we love, the way we see ourselves. It’s the weight of words that became ghosts—always there, always watching, never quiet. Eventuall...

8 AM Thoughts: Silence is a Broken Cathedral

There is a silence in us all—a kind of sacred quiet that hums beneath the noise of daily life. It is not the absence of sound, but the presence of something deeper, something unspeakable. It is the echo of forgotten truths, the unvoiced yearning that resides within the chambers of the soul.  Silence, in its truest form, is not mere emptiness. It is a broken cathedral, its walls shattered by echoes we cannot hear, yet we feel them in the stillness. In the rush of existence, we avoid silence. It is uncomfortable, confrontational. But perhaps we avoid it because it is a reminder of our own fragility—the cracking of the walls we have built around ourselves, the peeling away of all that we think we are.  The noise of the world keeps us from facing this silence, this sacred destruction. We are afraid that in its presence, we may hear things that shatter our sense of control. Yet, silence is not a void; it is a place where something profound resides. It is the space between words, ...

Embodied Truths

There are truths that settle within you like stones, heavy and unmoving, their presence undeniable. You can feel their weight in your chest, pressing in, yet words escape them, as if the language itself is too fragile to bear their mass. These truths are not for the tongue—they are for the body, for the silent understanding that reverberates through the core of your being. To speak them is to risk collapse, to unearth a burden that your voice cannot carry. It is why, in moments of profound realization, we find ourselves mute, lost in the space between thought and utterance, where the truth lingers, unspoken but alive. I often think of the body as a vessel of unspoken knowledge, a landscape that holds within it the imprints of all that cannot be voiced. We move through the world, unaware that each step, each gesture, is a manifestation of the truths we carry but cannot speak.  In every sigh, in every clenched fist, there are words that have no home in language, truths that live in ...

Labyrinthine Universe

Leaving all the noise that surrounds the world Admonishing the fear that leaves me curled, Battered heart still shouts your name, Yearning to forget the memories of our flame. Running away from Pandora’s tragic box, Irrelevant hope in fixing all those cracks, No hope in miracles, no hope in bliss, Tampered memories, ending with a kiss. How I miss the moments we were together, I yearn for the walks in a foggy weather, No more soft hands that I hold so tender, Even that chaotically structured hair, I remember! Unspoken emotions behind those light brown eyes, Nostalgic visions of your laughs, grunts and sighs, I remember how you used to cuddle me, Vestigial love killed by a malevolent destiny. Every promise I made to you won’t cease, Right in this very place where we found our peace, Strapped on a promise, I pray for you happiness Even if I descent to an ineffable madness.

The Weight of Knowledge in Flesh and Movement

There are things I have never said—because I couldn’t, because words fracture the weight they try to hold. You see, some truths do not fit inside syllables. They are too wide for vowels, too wounded for grammar. I carry them not in my mouth but in my spine, in the slight curve of a shoulder that remembers who left, in the tension of a jaw clenched too often in silent rooms. This body—this soft machine of survival—has become a vault of truths I was too afraid or too inarticulate to name. And maybe that’s what we forget in our obsession with expression: that not all honesty is verbal. Some of it is kneeling on a cold floor after another sleepless night. Some of it is the hesitation before a touch. Some of it is how you flinch when the world comes too close. I have smiled while dying. Laughed while disintegrating. The world only sees what sounds pass through the lips. But what if I told you the real monologue was happening behind the eyes, under the skin, in the thousand micro-movements...
